Man Flips Out on Officer

A man got incredibly angry with a Portsmouth Police Officer on Friday afternoon. The officer accompanied two women to retrieve property from a home on North Hill Road.

The man came out of the home and screamed for everyone to get off his property. When the officer requested he calm down, he got furious and told the officer, “You’re dismissed, servant.”

The man then demanded the officer’s name and badge number but then became angry when the officer only gave him their last name and badge number. He then demanded to speak to the officer’s supervisor.

A supervisor responded to the scene to speak with the man. Police advised the women to file a civil suit to retrieve their property.
