Man Found In Ditch Near Elks Country Club
Just after 4 am, a semi-driver contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office after spotting a man near the Elks Country Club. He said the man was bent over as if he had been stabbed.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found a lot of debris in the road and located a man in a ditch. However, the man was not injured.

Deputies took him into custody for driving under the influence. They booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
This was his 19th arrest. He’d previously been arrested for DUI, driving under suspension, and parole violation.
