Man Freaks Out after Tracy Park Attack

A parolee is back behind bars after an attack at a local park.

Officers responded to Tracy Park for a report of a man beating another man with a metal stick. Police found the man difficult to control and sent for an ambulance.

Officers say he struggled the entire time with police and medics and managed to smack his head on the cage in the cruiser. He was described as combative during the entire time and impossible to book in his agitated state.

Officers did finally manage to book 37-year-old Gavin Bradshaw for felonious assault, aggravated menacing, and persistent disorderly conduct. Bradshaw is currently on parole for drug trafficking and tampering with evidence and was released back in January.

Officers arrested him in April of last year for parole violation. Bradshaw was on parole back in 2016 when police busted him for trafficking in heroin and two counts of parole violation.

Back in 2003, he was arrested for aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, and felonious assault. Bail is set at $25,000.
