Officers took a man with a history of bad behavior into custody after a caller reported he was lying in the yard of a Mound Street home at 2 pm. The man was barred from the property due to a restraining order.

Police took him into custody and booked him into the Scioto County Jail. He’d previously been arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, vandalism, passing bad checks, violating a protection order, and multiple counts of domestic violence.
