Officers headed to the Big Lots on Gallia Street after several customers complained a man was harassing them in front of the store.
Employees said the man had been at it for over an hour.
Police took the man into custody and impounded multiple items. They learned he had an open warrant through the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office, so they arrested him and booked him into the Scioto County Jail, but not before collecting a DNA sample.
