Just before 9 pm, officers responded to a Frankin Furnace rehab facility for a report that a patient was “going off” and threatening staff members.
Deputies caught up with the man on the front porch of a nearby building. The rehab facility barred him from the property.
Officers transported the man to another nearby rehab facility, where he enrolled in their program. No arrests were made.
Woman Pushing Child in Stroller Attacks Rehab Center
Deputies responded to a local rehab house after an employee reported that a woman lost her cool and damaged a window.
When officers arrived at the South Point facility, a man told them a woman had stopped by with a child in a stroller and attempted to enter the building.
When she was told she was not allowed to be there, the woman became aggressive and hit the door twice. The second time she hit it so hard that the window fell out.
Employees gave officers the woman’s name, and deputies took information for a report. Officers attempted to locate her without success. They said they would continue to follow up on the incident.
