Police investigated a report of a disturbing threat made against a mom and a five-month-old baby.

A traffic stop at Grant Street and Park Avenue ended with the arrest of a man with multiple warrants.
Officers pulled the vehicle over at 11:27 am, and discovered that the passenger had multiple open warrants. Adult Parole Authority confirmed they had a pickup and hold on the man.
Police took him to the Scioto County Jail.
Man Busted for DUI after 17th Street Crash
Officers took a man into custody after a crash at the corner of 17th and Grandview shortly before 5 pm.
Officers arranged for the vehicle to be impounded and towed. Police transported the driver to the Ohio State Patrol Post for a sobriety test, but he refused to take it.
Police booked Jacobo Morales for driving under the influence and transported him to the Scioto County Jail.
