Officers responded to the Scioto Trail just after 11 p.m. for a report of an assault. A man claimed a woman assaulted him and caused him to drop his slushy.
Officers observed no visible marks on the man.
When they spoke to the woman, she said the man was under the influence and fell off his bike, resulting in the loss of the slushy.
