A man called 9-1-1 to claim that the person who was supposed to be helping him helped themselves to $1400 of his money.
The man told officers that he believed his home health aide made off with $1400. He told officers that his helper was in the house when he noticed an envelope filled with $1000 in cash was missing from his right pants pocket and another envelope with $400 was missing from his left pocket.

He said the aid assisted him in looking for the money, but they were unable to find it. The supervisor from the home health agency advised the man to file a police report.
Officers took down the information and filed the larceny report.
