A man with a long history of violent arrests threatened to set a house on fire during a domestic incident.
Officers responded to Walnut Street and spoke to the man. He managed to set the porch on fire, but it had been quickly extinguished
PPD gave the man a strong warning and contacted the assistant fire chief to report the blaze.
The man involved has a long history of arrests, including drug trafficking, felonious assault, trespass, DUI, kidnapping, improper discharge of a firearm, and parole violation.
