Man with Sword Demands Police Shoot Him
Just after 4:30 pm, officers received a report of a man in the middle of the street with a sword and a spear demanding that officers shoot him.
Multiple units responded to the scene and took the man into custody.
Prowler Spotted on Careys Run-Pond Creek Road
Officers responded to Careys Run – Pond Creek Road after a caller reported a suspicious man running in her field holding a flashlight. She said the tall man was originally lurking around her home and then ran in the direction of the creek.
She later called back to say he came up to the front porch. She described him as dirty, with long hair.
Officers searched the area but could not locate him.
