Officers and EMS headed to 5th Street at 6:30 pm after a caller said two men were fighting, and one slammed the other’s face into the pavement.
The victim refused further medical treatment, and officers arrested Braiden and Michael Lewis for domestic violence.

Around 7 pm, officers were called to the Hisle Park Apartments for a report of a fistfight inside the building.
Police took Tony Rawlins III into custody for assault.
