A young McDermott man is facing some serious charges involving alleged child pornography.

During its latest session, the Scioto County Grand Jury returned an indictment against 18-year-old Michael Riffe.
He’s charged with attempted pandering of obscenity involving a minor or impaired person. If convicted, Riffe could face up to a year in jail.
