Meat Thief Hits Kroger
Kroger employees called the police at 1:15 pm to report that a man they recognized stole a bag full of meat and headed for Tracy Park.
Officers had an address for the man, so they went to his apartment. However, no one came to the door. Police took information for a report and said they would ask for warrants for theft and criminal trespass as soon as they got a copy of the surveillance video.
A repeat shoplifter hit the CVS at 2:30 pm. Employees said the woman had a small child with her and that she’d stolen from the store many times before.
Woman Says Stranger Stalked Her at Kroger
Around 9:30 pm, a woman called 911 to report a strange man had followed her around Kroger.
She said the man then followed her home and parked his car next to her before leaving.
She asked officers to check her vehicle for a tracking device. They complied and told her to call them if the vehicle returned.
