Officers informed her she needed to take the matter up with the EBT company. Police advised her to leave the scene, and she left in a taxi.

Officers were called back to the area at 1 pm for another report of a disturbance. A witness said a man was yelling and jumping around. Police responded to the scene and spoke with a troubled man who’s been arrested over 60 times for disorderly conduct, indecent exposure, and other issues.

Officers advised him to move along and stop bothering people.
