Two kids made attempts to end their young lives, but fortunately, first responders were able to help before it was too late.
Early in the morning, a child took a bottle of antidepressant medication. The child had just been released from a mental health facility. Officers contacted CPS, and the child was returned to a facility for further treatment.
That afternoon, another child also took an overdose of medicine that belonged to a relative. Again Officers took information for a report and arranged for the child to go to the hospital.
