Michael Paul Parsons, age 37, of Portsmouth, passed away February 27, 2020. He was born September 21, 1982, in Portsmouth to Richard and Faye (Stiltner) Parsons. Michael loved fishing, hunting, and being anywhere in the outdoors. He was a big-hearted person, very funny, and loved his family and everybody he met. He was part of the recovery community which he loved very much and they loved him as well.
He is survived by his mother, Faye Parsons of Portsmouth; two sons, Lucas Parsons and Gavin Bailey, both of Portsmouth; two daughters, Addy Parsons and Allyssia Parsons, both of Portsmouth; brother, Anthony Moore of South Webster; sister, Natasha Arnett (Adam) of Portsmouth; special aunt, Joyce Gartin of Portsmouth; several nieces, nephews, and very good friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Buck Musick officiating.
