In the course of our local reporting, we don’t get the chance to tell a “Florida Man” story. At long last, here we go.
Deputies discovered a patient at a local counseling center had been reported as a missing person from Florida.
Officers spoke to the man who said he’d come back to Ohio to get his life together and had no idea that anyone reported him missing.
He said we would contact family in Florida to let them know he was all right. The deputies notified Florida law enforcement that he was located and safe.
