There’s nothing like a mother’s love, but not every mom bakes cookies and gives you hugs. In fact, one area man says his mother keeps firing shots at him, following him, and trying to get him fired.
He walked into the lobby of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office to explain the situation. Among the incidents reported, he said he was hunting on his farm when his mother came out of her nearby home, walked to the property line, and fired her gun in his direction.
He said she’s driven by him multiple times while he cut the grass and pointed a gun in his direction. Further, he said her friends advised him she had people following him and his family, watching his house, looking into his finances, and that she’s even tried to get him fired.
He provided screenshots he said backed up the claims. Officers took information for a report.
