A desperate mother contacted PPD, asking that they help her find her daughter. She told officers that her daughter was in a Kentucky rehab facility and had overdosed there earlier in the week.

The daughter was taken to SOMC with double pneumonia but had left the facility on foot against medical advice.
The woman said the daughter was most recently on Shawnee Road and was having trouble breathing. The mother was on her way from out of state to join in the search. Officers took information for a report.
