We’ve told you before about the feud between Land of Goshen Rehab and some of its neighbors, and now that dispute has flared again.
Deputies responded to the facility after an employee said a neighbor had used a tractor to place boulders across their driveway. They said they had recently improved their driveway, and now the neighbor was trying to claim it was his. They wanted to file charges against the man for damaging their driveway.
When officers headed to the neighbor’s house, he explained that he’d had multiple issues with the facility and claimed they were releasing raw sewage into the nearby creek.
He said he’d recently had the property surveyed, and his attorney had suggested placing boulders along the border to his property to keep other people off it, as well as placing ‘no trespassing’ signs. He said he’d witnessed rehab employees on his property.
Officers took information for a report and forwarded the information to the Lawrence County Prosecutor.
