My father was murdered 3 decades ago on 11th street in Portsmouth only ONE news article in our local paper no search for suspects no follow up no nothing 2 decades ago I asked law enforcement about his case file and was told it no longer existed. I’m not sure what direction I want this story to go but as a daughter, I’d like answers and that he has never been forgotten
