Just after 6 pm, officers responded to a report of very loud music on 12th Street. Police spoke with the man they described as heavily intoxicated and agitated. When they advised him to turn down his tunes, he yelled at them and called them racists.

The man finally turned down the music and went inside.
Police got another call about 50 minutes later and headed back to the home. They said the songs were blasting so loud they couldn’t even speak with the man. They told him, he’d be cited if he blasted the music again.
