Mystery Blonde Wakes up Lucasville-Minford Road Neighbors
A mysterious blonde knocked on doors in the middle of the night on Lucasville-Minford Road.
The first call came in around 4 am. A caller said a blonde-haired, blue-eyed girl knocked on his door crying and saying that someone had given her a ride. She then walked off. The caller worried the girl had been assaulted.
A second call came in a few minutes later. A man said there was a young blonde woman banging on his door and he believed she might be on drugs.
She was last spotted walking towards Minford. Multiple units searched the area, but could not locate her.
Knife Fight on 7th Street
Officers responded to a report of a knife fight on 7th Street at 9:45 pm.
Officers said the fight was between two heavily intoxicated males and was largely verbal. No one was injured. Neither man spoke English, but there was an interpreter available at the scene that helped officers advise the two to stay away from each other.
Man Injured in Culvert Collapse
A man was injured in a culvert collapse on Wednesday morning. The 45-year-old man was stuck for nearly seven minutes.
He was rushed to SOMC Urgent Care in Wheelersburg for treatment. Medical personnel attempted to send for an air ambulance, but none was available.
An ambulance transported him to the hospital.
