Usually not a day goes by that Portsmouth Police don’t have to respond to at least one incident of someone either partially clothed or naked wandering around in a confused state.
Just before 5:30 p.m., they got a report of a nude man stumbling around on Dorman Drive. Callers said the man seemed very confused.
When officers arrived on the scene, they said he seemed very disoriented.
They called for an ambulance to transport the man to the hospital for treatment. Officers contacted the man’s relatives to let them know what was happening.
