Deputies responded to the Quality Inn in Portsmouth after a caller reported a naked woman passed out in front of a U-Haul truck parked at the Quality Inn on US 23.
The caller said naked men were getting in and out of the back of the truck, and the woman was trying to get dressed in the parking lot.

When a deputy arrived on the scene, they found a woman in the U-Haul and later located the man at the Super 8.
The individuals were driving a U-Haul with an Arizona license plate. Officers headed back to the Quality Inn to speak to the woman, but she’d disappeared by then, so they released the man.
