Just after 5:30 pm, a caller contacted 911 to report a naked woman at Dexter and Campbell Avenues.
When officers arrived on the scene, they took Tammy Lynn Conley into custody for public indecency, disorderly conduct, and failure to appear.

Conley has previous arrests for criminal trespass, escape, criminal damaging, and multiple arrests for disorderly conduct.
Portsmouth Municipal Court declared her indigent and appointed a public defender before releasing her on her own recognizance. Her next court date is set for August 27.
