Narcan Thrown Through Window of Royce Street Home
Just after 2 am, officers responded to a bizarre vandalism report on Royce Street. The residents said a man threw a rock with Narcan taped to it through their window.
He said an acquaintance told him they’d given him the Narcan because he and his girlfriend were drug users. What an excellent way to drop off the gift.
While police were investigating, the woman made multiple threats to harm herself, and officers arranged for an ambulance to take her to the hospital.
Man Flips out after Overdose, Arrested for 42nd Time
A man with a long history of arrests landed back behind bars after a report of an overdose on Kendall Avenue.
A woman contacted officers at 9:45 am to report someone had overdosed on her porch. When police arrived on the scene, they reported the man was stripping off his clothes and acting hostile.
Officers took the man into custody, but the jail refused to take him since he was acting erratically. He was transported to the hospital for treatment.
This was his 42nd visit to the jail.
