Just before 9 p.m., officers responded to the First Stop in Rosemount for a report of a possible overdose of a man in a blue truck.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found that medics were already treating the victim. They also discovered that PPD was searching for the vehicle and held the driver until officers arrived.
Police cited the driver for multiple traffic incidents and ordered him to park the vehicle until someone with a valid driver’s license could come get it.
Police transported the driver and a passenger home.
