Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies and Otway EMS responded to an Otway home for a report of a man unresponsive after an overdose. Otway had to request a medic from Union Township since they were down to only a basic crew.
The family administered Narcan and managed to revive the man before EMS arrived on the scene. However, they requested that medics check him out.
The man refused treatment when EMS arrived on the scene.
