A ticked-off father went after his child’s former boss, grabbing and shaking the living daylights out of the man at a Marathon gas station.
The victim called 9-1-1 just before 9:30 am. When a deputy arrived on the scene at the Marathon station in South Point, the man explained that he was pumping gas when the father of a former employee pulled up in a van, jumped out, grabbed him by the head shook him violently.

The aggressor said, “You messed with the bear. You’re really going to get it now.”
The officer noted that the man had no visible injuries and didn’t want medical treatment. The deputy viewed station security footage of the incident before preparing a report for the Lawrence County Prosecutor.
