A man on parole for trafficking in food stamps ended up back behind bars on some pretty serious charges Friday evening.
Officers booked Kenneth McCoy into the Scioto County jail on three counts of endangering children and a charge of operating a vehicle while under the influence. McCoy was also charged with possessing drug abuse instruments as well as probation and parole violations.
The 37-year-old has previous convictions for aggravated robbery, breaking and entering.
Melinda McCown was also booked into the Scioto County Jail on three charges of child endangering and possessing drug abuse instruments, though it’s not known at this time if the two cases are related.
