Parolee Arrested For 6th Time This Year

Maxwell McGuire

A parolee with a growing history of parole and probation violations was arrested for the 6th time this year after once again being discovered inside an empty PMHA apartment.

PMHA security asked PPD to meet them at 10 am to check an apartment. Officers found Maxwell McGuire inside and took him into custody for criminal trespass and probation violation.

You’ll recall that McGuire was arrested twice in the same week back in May. The convicted drug trafficker was picked up after an officer responded to a report of multiple people fighting with knives and guns in an empty apartment in Farley  Officers took Maxwell McGuire into custody. McGuire is currently on parole after serving time for drug trafficking and felonious assault. McGuire was released from jail almost immediately but arrested just a few days later for criminal trespass in the same apartment.

The Ohio Department of Corrections released him on parole back in October of 2021 and he’d been busted for parole or probation violation three times since then and also faced four criminal trespass charges.
