Portsmouth Police arrested a man on parole for a felonious assault conviction on charges of child endangerment on Friday.
Officers booked Sky Chad Bentley into the Scioto County Jail on charges of endangering children and probation violation.

This was not the first time police picked the 31-year-old man on child endangerment charges. He was arrested back in December on three charges of endangering children but released per the court three days later.
He was released on parole in 2015 and, since then, has been arrested for multiple parole violations as well as aggravated burglary. Other arrests include a probation violation and felonious assault.
