Phillip J. Malone, 71 of Portsmouth

Phillip J. Malone, 71, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, March 18,2026 at SOMC Hospice. He was born February 13, 1955 in Aberdeen, Maryland, to the late, John and Anne (Coyle) Malone.
