Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed at Gunpoint
Just before 11 pm, officers responded to the scene after a delivery driver said he was robbed at gunpoint in Wayne Hills.
The driver said 4 men with guns, wearing shirts around their faces took his clothes, his money, and the vehicle he was driving while he was delivering a pizza.
A few minutes later, a caller reported finding the vehicle with the keys inside parked in an alley behind 17th Street.
Officers recovered the man’s vehicle and then followed him back to the pizza place to take a report.
Just after midnight, a caller told officers that he went to a Wayne Hills Apartment and discovered the men who had robbed the pizza driver inside. He said the men also pulled a gun on him and threatened him if he said anything about the robbery.
He decided not to file a police report.
