Portsmouth Healthcare Workers Humiliate Patient
This video is very upsetting on so many levels. After the detective assigned to this case was made aware that the video was on Social Media, the detective reminded people that showing the full video violated the patient’s right to privacy under the HIPPA laws.
Keeping in compliance with that request, we edited the video to bring to light the heinous crime but, not show identifiable features.
