Man ODs Twice in Two Hours

Just before 7 pm, police responded to a report of an apparent OD in the front yard of a High Street residence. The man’s wife was unsure if he was breathing. Police, medics, and drug rehab personnel arrived on the scene. Medics treated the man, who refused transport.

Officers were called back to the scene just after 9 pm for another overdose call for the same man. He agreed to allow an ambulance to transport him to the hospital.

Bar Fights

Just before 10 pm, officers responded to a bar fight at Frank & Steins Lounge on Chillicothe. The bartender told police, the combatants left before they arrived.

At 2 am, a caller reported someone outside Frank & Steins Lounge threatening to shoot someone.

Suspicious Activity

Grand Theft Auto

Just before 1 am, a Wayne Avenue caller reported her 2013 Dodge Charger stolen.

Missing Child

Adams County officers contacted PPD and asked them to check an 8th Street home for a missing kid who may have gone to the address.

The people at the home said they would keep an eye out for the girl and contact officers if she shows up.

Bridge Jumper Reported

Just before 4 am, a caller reported someone running down Chillicothe towards the Grant Bridge, possibly intending to jump off. 

Police could not locate the subject.
