Portsmouth Murder Suspect Arrested
The Portsmouth man wanted in the murders of Abraham Velasco and Xavier Luna is behind bars.
Portsmouth Police say law enforcement caught up with 25-year-old Anthony Kearns in Jackson County today and took him into custody without incident.
Kearns, who is currently on parole for a 2017 robbery, is a person of interest in a deadly double shooting that happened in Portsmouth back on November 20.
