During that case, he took a Kennedy Plea for Fleeing and Battery of an Officer. It’s unclear what happened with the other charges.

What is a Kennedy Plea?

A No-Contest plea and a Kennedy Plea seem similar, but there are two key differences between them. When accepting a Kennedy Plea, the judge has to review the case and agree that you’ll probably get convicted. A No-Contest plea does not require the judge to review your case or agree you would likely be convicted if it went to trial.

In Portsmouth, Osborne has been arrested previously for Felonious Assault (2), Assault, Possession of Criminal Tools, and Obstruction of Justice.

Osborne remains in the Scioto County Jail, awaiting extradition.
