Portsmouth Used Car Dealer Arrested for Being a Fugitive
Local used car dealer, Brandon Osborne, was arrested and charged as a fugitive from justice.
Osborne owns Ozzy’s Used Cars in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Oborne has a criminal history in Huntington as well as Portsmouth.
In Huntington, Osborne was indicted several years ago for 2 counts of Attempting to Commit a Felony, as well as Sexual Abuse, Burglary, Fleeing, Battery and Obstruction.
During that case, he took a Kennedy Plea for Fleeing and Battery of an Officer. It’s unclear what happened with the other charges.
