Firefighters and Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a fire in an abandoned house at Green and South Streets.
Firefighters said they thought the fire started in the attic and suspected it might be arson. Dispatch contacted AEP to shut off the power, and firefighters contacted the State Fire Marshal about starting an investigation.
Deputies took photos and wrote a report at the scene.
