Under The Influence

Hey, That’s My Stuff

Assault With Natural Light

A man called police at 11:27 am and complained his nephew hit him in the face with a full can of beer.

The two were arguing over a vehicle and the nephew popped him in the face with a can of Natural Light. He hit him so hard he knocked him over.

The suspect left the scene. The victim refused treatment. Police took a report.

Don’t Steal From Mom

Seriously, Don’t Steal From Mom

At 1:21 pm, a woman called to report that her son had stolen her wallet from her 16th Street apartment. He’d left the scene in a black Volvo.

House Check

Angry Dad?

A woman called police just before 2 pm to report that a neighbor pushed her grown daughter and then fled in a truck.

The victim said the man got out of his truck and shoved her. She thinks it’s because she called CPS on him.

Behave, Kids

A 20th Street man called police at 2:20 pm to complain that neighborhood kids damaged his car. He said they hit it with a basketball and also with a fishing pole and lead sinker. Police advised the kids’ parents to keep them out of the street and get rid of the basketball rim.

Too Hot For Jail

Officer found a man rolling around and screaming in Alexandria Park at 6:30 pm.

Police took him to the Scioto County Jail. However, the jail refused to accept him due to his high temperature. Police think that probably came from his use of narcotics.

Instead, they took him home and issued him a summons.
