The Scioto County Land Reutilization Corporation (SCLRC) will oversee the demolition of 4 residential properties located throughout Scioto County, Ohio. Included properties all require asbestos abatement before demolition activities can commence.
Qualified contractors may submit project-related questions by Tuesday, May 27, 2025. Bids must be submitted electronically no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, May 30, 2025. The contract is expected to be awarded on Friday, June 6, 2025.
This is a prevailing wage project; contractors must comply with all applicable wage laws and reporting requirements.
