Qualified contractors may submit project-related questions by Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Bids must be submitted electronically no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday, October 24, 2025. The contract is expected to be awarded on Friday, October 31, 2025.
This is a prevailing wage project; contractors must comply with all applicable wage laws and reporting requirements.
