It’s the season to keep an eye out for kids enjoying Halloween festivities, but one young driver had a hard time with all of that.
Just before 1 pm, deputies received a report of a young man driving an SUV at a high rate of speed near a church’s trunk or treat event. Witnesses said he screamed at the children going to the church.
A witness followed the man home and got into a confrontation with him.
Deputies responded to the home and spoke to the teen driver’s mother. They advised the boy to slow down and stay calm and his mother said she would make sure he did.
