The owners of the Land of Goshen rehab facility head to the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office to report ongoing threats from a neighbor who isn’t happy having the facility nearby.
She said that for the past two years, the neighbor has harassed clients and staff and that the problems are getting worse.

The woman said the neighbor harassed a septic worker doing maintenance at the facility and that the man’s son-in-law told them, “If something happens to my kids, none of you will leave this holler alive.”
Officers collected written statements about the alleged harassment and passed them on to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office. The owners also said they would get a protection order against the neighbor.
