Officers took a man with previous arrests for domestic violence and violating a protection order into custody on charges of having unlawful sexual conduct with a minor over the weekend.
They booked John Greene, 27, into the Scioto County Jail on charges of probation violation, escape, and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
In addition to domestic violence and violating a protection order, Greene has previously been arrested for driving under a suspension, probation violation, and failure to appear,
