Just before 7 p.m., a citizen flagged down a patrol car to report a suspicious individual looking into vehicles in the 1200 block of Grandview.
Officers stopped Dallas Milar, 25, and arrested him on an open warrant for probation violation. This was his 11th trip to the Scioto County Jail and his 4th arrest this year.

Milar was arrested in February for probation violation and in April for multiple counts of probation violation, escape, and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to 150 days in jail and released back on September 18.
Other arrests include multiple counts of criminal trespass, failure to appear, and assault.
