Davina Arthur, 46, is back in the spotlight and behind bars after a Sunday afternoon arrest on a slew of serious charges including unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (joyriding), interference with custody of a minor, probation violation, and fleeing a police officer.
Arthur, who’s currently on probation for aggravated menacing, already had a rocky history with the law. Last September, she faced similar charges for failure to comply, interference with custody, and unauthorized vehicle use.
Her criminal record reads like a crime novel — including escape, multiple drug theft and abuse charges, failure to comply, aggravated menacing, OVI, disorderly conduct, providing false info, and driving without a license.
She’s scheduled to appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court on May 29 for a hearing.
