Repeat Offender on Parole Indicted on 17 Charges

A Portsmouth man with a long criminal record managed to add even more charges to his rap sheet after the Scioto County Grand Jury handed down indictments on 17 new charges during their latest session.

However, this is far from the first time he’s been in trouble. He’s currently on parole for robbery, breaking and entering, theft, and other charges. Furnier was released on parole back in April. He’s got at least 24 visits to the Scioto County Jail. Previous charges include burglary, breaking and entering, robbery, theft, petty theft, safecracking, vandalism, possessing criminal tools, parole violation, contempt, drug possession, receiving stolen property, receiving stolen guns, driving without a license, obstructing official business, aggravated robbery, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
